Mehmet Canker — AI Systems Architect & Full Stack Software Engineer

Mehmet Canker is an AI systems architect and full stack software engineer based in Istanbul, Türkiye, with 16 years of experience building enterprise software and, since 2021, production AI systems.

He designs and builds agentic AI platforms — LLM orchestration, multi-agent systems, RAG over enterprise knowledge, and the governance around them — on top of durable workflow engines. Before AI, he spent a decade on large-scale backend and mobile systems for some of Türkiye’s biggest e-commerce, media and banking platforms. He is also the author of three Turkish programming books and has trained engineering teams at Akbank, Ericsson, the Ministry of Interior and several universities.

• AI Systems Architect (Consultant), Hotel+, since 2021. Designs the AI-powered backend of a hotel guest platform: AI orchestration workflows that route guest requests, integrate hotel service systems and automate service operations.
• Full-Stack Software Engineer (Consultant), NTT Data — European Patent Office, since 2022. Works on the technology transformation programme of the European Patent Office: Spring Boot microservices and React microfrontends in a modular, cloud-ready architecture.
• Software Trainer, Independent, since 2014. Delivers corporate and university training on React, Angular, RxJS, React Native, iOS, Android, Laravel and Symfony — for Akbank, Ericsson, Doğan Media Group, the Ministry of Interior of Türkiye, Yıldız Technical University and others.
